So I should be packing, but am in denial. I'm starting the drive for Idaho in the morning, and am not remotely ready. I don't have syllabi done for Italy, (saving that for the 7hr layover in Minneapolis) don't have my essentials packed, don't have my fridge cleaned out..... seems like a good time to .... post!
I'll be stopping at Crazy's on friday night and hopefully we can hammer out some stuff for our Italy trip, then the quick dash to Mackay, mow the lawn and next thursday off to the land of pizza and pasta. Every Celiacs nightmare really.

Good luck with your packing. I always find posting to be most effective while procrastinating. By the way, I'm still planning on coming to Idaho this summer. It won't be a month long trip, but I'll be there in early August for a few days.

Hope you get to Karen's okay. Will be excited to hear (and see pix) of the Italy adventure. Won't be in Idaho in July but will be there in early August. Who knows, maybe the same time as Kelsey. Be safe.
