I'm grateful:
-I was spared in the horrific accident I was so nearly a part of last week, and that mom was at the other end of the line when I had a meltdown after.
-My tooth did not have to be pulled...which ironically makes me grateful for a root canal re-do.
-that the emergency "re-do" happened before I was in Wyoming.
-to Karen for her lifesaving books on CD to help me through 6 days of what feels like never ending driving.
-to my family who helped me get everything done this week. Karen for a bed, Ira for brawn, Zane for cutting a tree, mom for boiling eggs and sooo much more.
-for the internet in the middle of strange surrounding, because it helps me feel like I'm still connected when in fact... I'm alone in the middle of Montana.
Night.

Just know we love you even though you didn't stop in Rexburg to see our goats and chicken tractor.
much love!
"Alone in the Middle of Montana"... sounds like great fodder for a country western song or a book about survival- maybe both.
It would appear that your life is destined to include drama whether you like it that way or not...wrecks, root canals, roadtrips... I'm grateful you're managing to keep some perspective in spite of all the trials you've had of late. It was lovely to see you and I'm looking forward to hearing the report from the wilds of Montana in a few weeks. Try to rest and replenish "somewhere" in there!
