No Complaints

Tile, what tile?

It has been a jam packed week and the tile is a distant memory. (that is a lie but I'm hoping to convince myself) The week HAS been busy.

Those from the Heiner clan who could travel came last weekend and we had a great time.
Hiked to the springs at Lower Cedar, took a great ride with Gordon and Peggy up Double Springs, tried to see fireworks that were canceled, and ate copious amounts of watermelon.

They left on Tuesday morning and on Wed morning our Cousin Kevin Hall arrived with his grandaughter. I spent the next two days being a willing tour guide for them and made ANOTHER hike up to those springs.

(It was amazing how much the water had gone down in 5 days)

Also took them on the mine hill for some rock hunting and a drive up around Alder creek.

Kevin was sad at how much the creek and ranch had changed, but arent' we all?

A crazy busy hosting week and I'm happy to report that no tiles have yet broken. (:

Gearing up for the Wildhorse shindig next week. I go up on Sunday to start holding spots for everyone.

Hope to see you there!

Looks like you are indeed in full hostess mode. Nice shots - looks like the weather cooperated for you adventures.
Nice that you got to see Kevin.

Hope all goes well for the spot snagging. Wish I could make it there in time to help...
See you soon!
