Beatles Came Through Today

Me-"I don't want to be responsible for this decision"
Gordon-"Ok, We'll flip a coin. Heads we go on the photo tour today, tails we go tomorrow"

It was heads.

The coin chose, and a lovely day it was. With Matt our free spirit grunge and erstwhile photo guide and another couple from Pennsylvania bringing up the rear.

More sun than the entire rest of the week put together.

The photos here are again from both Gordon and me.

Several are thrown in not so much for their fantastic artistry, but to highlight the extremely dirty brown water.

To quote Matt our guide- "You'll have totally different photos than all the other people who come to Kauai. Yours will be unique with the brown water and all the debris and stuff."

For real this was his positive pitch. We thought that was pretty funny.

Brown water or no, it was awfully nice to see farther than 100 yards and it was a good day.

Thanks Beatles.

That brown water represents alot of rain! It's been a water soaked spring everywhere. Glad you finally got some sunshine. Crackin up at the local positive spin. The pictures are still really wonderful though. It's still an amazing adventure no matter what happens.

I think your grunge dude got it right. Anybody can get pictures from there with blue water...now brown, and yet still lovely is another thing! Glad you had a good day!
