Cute Quilt

Aleta is about to be a first time Grandma (Tia is due any day now) and she sent me pictures of the cute quilt she made for the baby. (a girl)

She wasn't super happy with the colors, but I think it is really sweet and asked her if I could post it. In spite of the wild popularity of my blog, I'm pretty sure Tia isn't a follower.

So here it is.

How adorable that is. I think it turned out sweet. I was with her and Leah & Rachel when they picked out the colors. We probablt spent a half hour pulling out on bolt of cloth after another. She is one talented quilter. That's the second time I have gone with her to the fabric store (1st time was for the quilt she made me)and I am always amazed at how it all comes together in the end!

She does such a good job. I loved that one that she made for for grandma, the one with the purple flowers.
Aleta a grandma, that is so strange to me.

I love it! Tell me she has a machine that does the quilting? I do not have the vision when it comes to putting things together in stores. Some people have it, others not so much. She's got it!!
