When All the World is Green

Peggy: What are you doing back here?
Me:  Uh... sending an email.
This query came over her back fence as I was idling my pickup in the alley behind their house and using their wifi. Yeah...I felt just a TAD sheepish.

I don't want to "bother"people, but the reality is everything has changed for me in so many ways... I think I'll have to get over being a bother... OR live with it.

The many blessings I have and the family and friends who I know are trying to help me get through difficult times give me cause for gratitude.
G and P let me tag along on all sorts of outdoor adventures...... including a slide down a snowy road that I SWEAR had to have scared Gordon.. but he swears not.  (my bladder has not been the same since)

Lots of magnificent views and wildlife to boot. If G would post you would see some shots from his new miracle camera.. now dubbed the MC. It takes amazing shots, and makes me green with envy over them all.

Other adventures include a whirlwind 4 days with my good friend Emily. We hiked to the springs up Lower Cedar Creek,  layed on the banks at Wildhorse, stayed up wayyy too late, ate questionable food and watched the full moon from P and G's hot tub at 1 in the morning. It was lovely to have her.

I keep thinking of the primary song. What DO I do in the summertime when all the world is green?
So far it has been a mix of difficult emotions mixed with some wonderful sights with friends and family.  Oh yeah... and a bit of strange alley internet stalking that will be ending.  So far so good.

Using their WiFi in the alley...that cracked me up :)

Peggy told me about the adventure of sliding in the truck...the man has 9 lives, I swear.

Glad you were able to enjoy some time with a good friend...nothing like it!

Hope summer continues to be full of all the good things in life...

Green indeed! Those are some lovely shots you got yourself there Missy!
I'm interested to see some from the MC.
I remember skulking around in Orvieto to pick up wifi...so this is not a new thing for you Missy. :0)

Sooo glad you got to go out, AND didn't slide off the Burma road.

See you soon!

Summer hasn't even started here so I am green with envy! I'd say your camera was pretty miraculous too (maybe it's just the photographer!)because those are some pretty awesome shots. Glad you had a good time with Emily--staying up late included. The WiFi stalking IS pretty funny though.
