Hamlet had it wrong

Purple. Hmmm?? I like purple, but not what I had in mind exactly.

Should I re-paint for a 3rd time? How many fumes can my clouded head endure?

In a bid to avoid discussing the massive amount of painting I've been doing....and re-doing...and re-doing (I'm just not ready to talk about it) I'm posting some other gems.

First a sad little corpse about the length of your thumbnail. (gotta love supermacro) He was stuck on a wire basket from my storage unit and I thought it was a string until I pulled him out. Makes me wonder where the siblings went.

Second:
The Clydesdale chair is gone. (with a $30 profit I might add) and with the proceeds I now have two chairs that are the appropriate scale and that I like even more. The colors look a little funky, but I have a plan... (sort of)
Ok, the plan really is find inexpensive stuff I like. Pretend it goes together. That's it. As a cold fusion scientist I always have an out. "She's a scientist" I believe is the going phrase to explain any and all of my strange behavior.

If my head clears (and I ever finish) I'll show you the fruits of my spring break labor.

Live with purple or re-paint again, THAT is the question.

I say live with it for awhile. I actually really love the soft purple I have in the guest room at our house. And it's clean and who the heck wants to paint again when you could be online finding more bahgains! You are the bahgan queen!
I love the shape of the new chairs and hey- your "scientist" statement IS TRUE! You can do whatever the heck you want, even without the statement. Can't wait to see it all together...
Take a break- let your head clear.

Oh and how appropriate that you should find a dessicated little carcas - I anticipate seeing some reflections of said beastie in future scientific projects.

Sad little lizard. It would have freaked me out a bit to discover something like that. I also say live with the paint for awhile. You can always change it later. Move on to other things for now. They chairs are cool and very you--I guess that would mean "scientific"

I haven't checked your blog (or anyone's) in a long time. So... congratulations on the new house! It looks adorable. And I think that pink chair rocks.

Love the chairs and I can't wait to see how you pull it all together. I know you will. I haven't seen yours, but I like purple. Good luck.
